Stunning long black wool jacket with heart-shaped jewel buttons, signed “Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche”. Single-breasted, wide lapels, maxi gold-tone metal heart-shaped buttons, two flap pockets, center back vent. Black lining. Very rare piece.
